One certified catalogue, one sizing database and a scheduled replenishment calendar.
Following a six-month rollout, a single certified PPE catalogue is now in force across five client sites. Sizing campaigns captured every worker, eliminating the ill-fitting equipment that previously drove non-compliance.
All supplied items carry CE or ANSI certification with test documentation filed against each delivery, giving the client HSE department an auditable record.
Replenishment now runs on a fixed calendar, with usage data reviewed quarterly to adjust quantities and specifications.
